About Utah Vending Services
Finding the right vending company shouldn't require calling every operator in Utah.
Utah Vending Services was created to make the process easier. Businesses tell us what they're looking for, and we help connect them with vending providers capable of serving their location.
Instead of calling multiple vending companies individually, businesses can tell us what they need—employee count, schedule, space, and the type of service they want. We use that information to help match each workplace with an experienced local operator.
Different operators specialize in different types of locations, equipment, schedules, and product mixes. Our goal is to make it easier for Utah businesses to find an appropriate provider for vending machines, micro markets, AI / smart coolers, fresh food vending, office coffee, snacks and beverages, and employee breakroom solutions.
We work with independent vending providers serving Salt Lake City, the Wasatch Front, Utah County, Ogden, Park City, and growing workplace corridors statewide. Utah Vending Services itself does not own vending routes, stock or repair machines, or provide ongoing route servicing. Once matched, your vending provider coordinates equipment, installation, stocking, and maintenance.
How matching works
- Tell us what you need. Share your location, headcount, schedule, and preferred format.
- We review the workplace. A 30-person office may need something completely different from a 500-person warehouse.
- We help make the introduction. We work to match each location with a qualified vending provider that fits its needs.
- Your operator handles service. Installation, stocking, maintenance, pricing, and ongoing service are provided by the independent operator servicing the location.
Utah Vending Services operates as an independent provider-matching service. We help businesses seeking vending, micro-market, smart cooler, office coffee, and related workplace services connect with independent operators. Utah Vending Services does not itself own or operate vending routes or provide ongoing vending-machine stocking and maintenance. Service agreements are entered into with the independent provider servicing the location.
